To access your address book, login to the old mail server using the username/password fields on the right of this page. When you are in the old webmail system, you can click on the address book icon at the top menu to enter the address book window.
Then at the top of this window, click on the button to save the contents of your address book. It will ask you to save a file called adbook.csv, save this file to a location on your hard drive (make sure you keep track of where it is saved). This is your address book, you are now ready to import this to the new webmail service.
Now you can log off the old webmail service and be returned to the Jet 2 Net homepage. From there you can click on either the webmail login button on the page, or on the top menu and log into the new webmail service as follows:

Once logged into the new webmail service, click on the (Address Book) icon to access the new Address Book. Then click on the (Import/Export) icon. In this window, you will see the options to import your address book into the new webmail service.
**Note: Make sure that "If importing CSV data: does the first row contain the field names?" is selected.

Then you will be given the option to "Map Import Fields", here you merely need to assign the appropriate fields such as name/e-mail address, etc. so that the new Webmail knows where the information should go. This is done by selecting two corresponding fields (such as name) and then clicking on "Add Pair". Repeat for all forms required.

Once you have completed matching all the categories listed, click on "Import" at the bottom to add your Address Book. This will complete the update and you should have access to your old webmail address book. |
